Over the course of my 25 year marketing career crafting programs for a wide variety of clients, I’ve found that while there are many sophisticated marketing tools available (and all of them can be a valuable part of your marketing and research toolbox) there’s no real substitute for actually talking to people.
With 1on1 Insights, our goal is to provide clients with the ability to simply and easily connect with their audience to gain greater understanding and valuable insights.
The quest to make qualitative market research simple means shedding many of the tools that qualitative researchers use and focusing on a single methodology – the one on one, in-depth interview. Or as I prefer think of them—conversations.
When I’m not working on growing 1on1 Insights I keep busy with my wife, 4 kids and Olive the dog. I’m an ultrarunner (my goal is to run 100 miles in under 24 hours), an aspiring writer and a die-hard Chicago sports fan.
